The 56th Annual Salamonie Summer Festival will take place in Warren on Friday, June 30 through Sunday, July 2. This family festival will take place in downtown Warren, at the local parks and Knight Bergman Center.
A Flea Market has been planned for Friday, June 30. Those wanting to be a vendor are ask to reserve a booth by calling Angie at (260) 228-1262. The cost for vendor space is only $30.Setup time is from 12 noon to 9 p.m., and then on Saturday, July 1 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Second Street between Wayne and Matilda Streets. There will also be games, contests, sporting events, kids activities and more.
The Salamonie Summer Festival Parade is scheduled Friday evening at 7 p.m followed by a concert by Attaboy at Riverside Park. A Car, Truck and Bike show will take place in downtown Warren from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 1 with the Bull Dogs in concert concert on Saturday, July 1, from 7 to 9 p.m at Riverside Park.
Fireworks will shoot from Tower Park on Sunday, July 2 at dusk. The band performing before the fireworks will be the Mountain Dewe Boys at 6 p.m. For a complete listing of events see Salamonie Summer Festival on Facebook.
