The 48th Annual Forks of the Wabash Pioneer Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 29, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival will be held at the Huntington County Fairgrounds at Hier’s Park, 631 E. Taylor Street. An old-time non-denominational worship service will be held on Sunday at 9 a.m. in the “Saloon.”

Relive the mid-1800s. Encampment, military drills, Pioneer Village, Olde Town, Farmers’ Market, antiques, crafts, Youngn’s Fun area with pioneer games and activities for kids, a variety of live entertainment, strolling characters and musicians, tasty food and more!

Admission is $5 for adults, $1 for students including college students with ID, kids age four and under are free. Festival parking is also free.
