At Pathfinder’s HomeOwnership Center, our mission is more than just a statement; it’s a commitment to transforming lives and uplifting communities. They are proud to announce that, through the dedication and tireless efforts of their staff, they have helped 95 low-income families achieve their dream of homeownership. These families now have a place to call their own, a foundation for their futures, and a sense of security that comes with owning a home.
Moreover, their impact extends beyond homeownership. This year, 248 individuals have gained control of their finances through their financial education programs, empowering them to make informed decisions and secure their financial futures. Their investment of $472,390 into the rehabilitation and sale of five homes has not only increased their value but also enhanced the overall value of our community by $520,170. This work revitalizes neighborhoods and fosters a sense of pride and stability among residents.
According to Pathfinder, their staff is the heart of the program, and their unwavering dedication to the mission drives these remarkable outcomes. But they are more than just outcomes, these are people’s lives. Each project completed and each tick on a chart is a real person. It’s a real person’s life changed for the better. Old National Bank Foundation gets this and has graciously awarded them a $7,000 grant. This grant is specifically designated to ensure that the salaries and wages of their hardworking HomeOwnership Center staff are covered. This support keeps them moving forward, to reach even more people and to change more lives.
“We are deeply grateful to the Old National Bank Foundation for their generous support,” said Danielle Tips, president and CEO of Pathfinder. “Their investment in our employees underscores the importance of our work and allows us to maintain the high-quality services the people we support rely on. Together, we are changing lives!”
The Old National Bank Foundation’s commitment to investing in people and communities aligns perfectly with our mission. Their support empowers us to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
