An Open Class Horticulture Show will be held during the Huntington County 4-H Fair on Sunday, July 21. Huntington County residents can compete in five main categories including: Succulent or succulent garden, planters (indoors or outdoors), wreaths (dried or living), fresh cut bouquet or fairy garden.

There are two age divisions including a junior (18 and under); senior (19 and older) team, and a senior only (19 and over) team. Note that teams and individuals may submit displays in multiple categories. Registration forms are due in advance to the Huntington County Extension Office or email to sharonb6236@msn.com by July 15.
Displays should be dropped off from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on the day of judging. Judging begins at 4 p.m. at the Heartland REMC stage, Huntington County Fairgrounds at 631 E. Taylor Street.
This show is being implemented by the Huntington County Master Gardeners. There is no charge to enter displays at this event. Local sponsors are supporting prizes and ribbons for winning entries.
