“LIFT” inspires more community connections

Have you noticed colorful dot yard signs appearing around town and wondered what they’re all about? These dots are part of Pathfinder’s LIFT campaign, a year-end initiative with the tagline “Together We Lift.” The campaign celebrates the power of collective effort and highlights the impact Pathfinder has in helping individuals and families achieve independence, inclusion and stability.

Each dot represents a life touched by Pathfinder – a reminder that when we come together, we can lift our community to new heights. Like many hands making light work, the dots symbolize how small, individual actions can combine to create something much bigger and more impactful.

“The dots are a visual reminder of how many people are connected to Pathfinder and how much stronger we are when we work together,” said Orion McCormack, Director of Community Engagement. “It’s about showing that, together, we can make a meaningful difference in our community.”

The colorful, unbranded dot yard signs have been strategically placed throughout the area to spark curiosity and conversations. These dots in Pathfinder’s vibrant brand colors are meant to engage the community and encourage people to reflect on how collective efforts can create lasting change.

Pathfinder’s LIFT campaign is about more than raising awareness – it’s a celebration of our shared mission to uplift one another. Whether through services, partnerships, or community support, every action contributes to lifting lives and building a stronger future.

“Each dot represents not just an individual, but a connection – a piece of the larger community puzzle coming together to lift others up,” McCormack added.
