Indiana Physical Therapy (IPT), a leading provider of outpatient rehabilitation services, announces a significant ownership transition as co-founder Andy Vogel steps down from his role as an owner of the company. Vogel, who founded IPT in 1988 alongside Dave Kuhn, will continue to serve as a dedicated physical therapist within the organization.
As the original owner and co-founder of IPT, Vogel played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s foundation and reputation for delivering exceptional sports medicine and orthopedic outpatient rehab services. With his passion for patient care and extensive experience as a therapist, Vogel contributed significantly to the growth and success of IPT over the past 35 years.
Throughout his tenure, Vogel’s dedication to patient well-being and commitment to delivering high-quality care have been instrumental in shaping IPT’s patient-centered approach. His expertise and compassionate nature have positively impacted countless individuals seeking rehabilitation services.

“We are deeply grateful for Andy’s invaluable contributions to IPT as an owner and are thrilled that he will continue to play an integral role as a member of our esteemed team of physical therapists,” stated Dave Kuhn, owner and senior therapist at IPT. “His expertise and dedication to patient care have been and will continue to be an inspiration to us all.”
