Habitat opens applications in Huntington County

The Huntington County application for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne’s homeownership program is open October 3 through October 31 for families living or working in Huntington County.

Interested applicants will have, through October 31, 2022, to fill out a pre-qualification form on Habitat’s website at www.habitatgfw.com/apply. Individuals who prequalify will then be notified via email to continue the application process by filling out a full application packet.

• Applicants must be currently employed in or a resident of Huntington County for a minimum of 12 months as of October 3, 2022.
• Applicants must not be a current homeowner or have owned a home in the last two years.
• Applicants must have a minimum income of $30,000/year.
